From July 16 to 18, Lumispot Optoelectronics Group held its 2026 Mid-Year Strategy Conference and Senior Management Team Building Program at Nianhua Bay Zen Town in Wuxi. More than 20 senior executives participated in the two-day, three-night event. Through pragmatic strategic reviews and immersive team collaboration activities, all participants forged ahead in unity with shared resolve.
I. Focus on Strategic Review to Practically Address Operational Pain Points
On July 17, the company’s mid-year strategy conference convened at the Conference Center. Heads of all first-level departments reviewed the interim progress of 2026 strategic KPIs, dug deep into the root causes of existing business weaknesses, and formulated special implementation action plans for the second half of the year. The conference was pragmatic and efficient. Participating senior executives spoke freely and pooled their wisdom to sort out and optimize core management matters including cross-departmental collaboration and business operation processes, laying a solid management foundation for the steady delivery of annual business targets in the latter half of the year.
II. Immersive Zen-themed Team Building to Forge Teamwork Spirit
On July 18, the senior management team took part in immersive team-building activities at Nianhua Bay. Two major sessions were arranged: a scenic area orienteering treasure hunt and the Seven Kingdoms Contention strategic sand table simulation. Combining real-scene competitions with strategic deduction, the activities sharpened the management team’s capabilities in coordinated operations, strategic judgment and resource coordination, broke down barriers to cross-department communication, united the management team for progress, and boosted the high-quality development of the enterprise.
Orienteering Treasure Hunt in the Scenic Area
Two core competitive sessions consolidated the foundation of teamwork. The “Step Upward” challenge honed participants’ skills in task division, coordination and rhythm control; the “T Puzzle” encouraged all staff to think from others’ perspectives and jointly drive task delivery. Random missions also cultivated observation, communication and innovation skills, including checking in at Zen-style landmarks, collecting signatures from tourists, word-guessing games based on tacit understanding, and creating corporate culture artworks with natural materials. All tasks pushed executives to step out of siloed job mindsets and improve adaptability amid time-limited competitions and route planning. During the activity, teams wandered through Zen alleys, brainstormed and supported one another, drawing closer through collaborative contests and eliminating departmental parochialism.
Strategic Sand Table Simulation
In the Seven Kingdoms Contention sand table session, senior executives were divided into groups to act as management teams of seven kingdoms, taking roles such as kings, prime ministers and generals. They fully simulated the entire cycle of infrastructure development, resource trading, diplomatic alliances, national strength competition and inter-state rivalry. The sand table highly reproduced the underlying logic of corporate operation: each group independently allocated resources, assessed operational risks and conducted multi-party negotiations. Through multiple rounds of national strength contests, alliance games and offensive-defensive battles, the management team gained tangible insight into how strategic planning, resource coordination, internal communication and collective decision-making determine business outcomes.
The mid-year strategy conference and senior management team-building activities drew to a successful close. Integrating strategic reviews and immersive team training, the event sorted out implementation solutions targeting operational pain points while sharpening the management’s strategic thinking and teamwork through real-scene challenges and sand table games. Through in-depth discussions, all senior executives aligned on goals and identified operational shortcomings. They bridged gaps and built consensus via collaborative challenges, delivering a dual outcome: setting clear directions through the strategy conference and uniting collective strength through team building.
