Conduction-cooled stacks on the market are available in different specifications such as size, electrical design, and weight, resulting in different wavelengths and power ranges. Lumispot Tech offers a variety of conduction-cooled laser diode arrays. According to the needs of other customers, the number of bars in stacked arrays can be customized. Among them, the stacked array product of this model LM-X-QY-F-PZ-1 and LM-8XX-Q1600-C8H1X1 is an arc-shaped quasi-continuous stack, and the number of bars can be customized from 1 to 30. The output power of the product can reach up to 9000W with the configuration of 30 bars,up to 300W for each one.The wavelength range is between 790nm and 815nm, and the tolerance is within 2nm, making it one of the best-selling models. Lumispot tech's curved quasi-continuous stacking products are welded together using AuSn hardfacing technology. With their compact size, high power density, high electro-optical efficiency, stable performance and long life, the cooling stacks can be used in lighting, scientific research, inspection and pumping sources.

Further development and optimization of current CW diode laser technology has resulted in high-power quasi-continuous wave (QCW) diode laser bars for pumping applications. Mounted on a standard heat sink, the polygonal/annular laser diode array is the first choice for pumping cylindrical rod crystals. It is capable of achieving stable electro-optical conversion efficiencies of 50 to 55 percent. This is also a very impressive and competitive figure for similar product parameters on the market. The compact and robust package with hard-soldered gold tin enables reasonable thermal control and reliable operation at high temperatures. As a result, the product is stable and can be stored for long periods between -60 and 85 degrees Celsius, making it the best choice for pump sources.
