Visual Inspection with AI is the application of image analysis technology in factory automation through the use of optical systems, industrial digital cameras and image processing tools to simulate human visual capabilities and make appropriate decisions, ultimately by directing a specific device to execute those decisions. Applications in industry fall into four main categories, including: recognition, detection, measurement, and positioning and guidance. Compared to human eye monitoring, machine monitoring has the advantages of higher efficiency, lower cost, quantifiable data and integrated information.

In the field of vision inspection, Lumispot Tech has developed a small-sized structured light laser to meet customer's component development needs, which is now widely used in various component products. The Seris of single laser-line light source, which has three main models, 808nm/915nm divided/integrated/single laser-line railway vision inspection laser light illumination, is mainly applied in three-dimensional reconstruction, inspection of railroad, vehicle, road, volume and industrial inspection of the light source components. The product has the features of compact design, wide temperature range for stable operation and power adjustable,while ensuring the uniformity of the output spot and avoiding the interference of sunlight on the laser effect. The product's center wavelength is 808nm/915nm, power range 5W-18W. The product offers customization and multiple fan angle sets available. The heat dissipation method mainly adopts the natural heat dissipation method, a layer of thermal conductive silicone grease is applied on the bottom of the module and the mounting surface of the body to help dissipate heat, while supporting temperature protection. The laser machine is able to work in a wide temperature range of -30℃ to 50℃, which is completely suitable for outdoor environment.
